Brown & Brown Insurance is seeking a Surety Account Manager to join our growing team. The role emphasizes handling day-to-day client service on an assigned book of business, focusing on preparing, issuing, and invoicing surety bonds.

A Producer or Account Executive oversees the broader service and business development. The Account Manager will spend substantial time on system activity and client communications via email and phone, ensuring data integrity and adherence to corporate processes.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in the insurance industry is required.
• Experience in surety, particularly issuance and billing of bonds, is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant bond software is expected.

Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to client requests for bonds, quotes, or information.
• Coordinate with the Account Executive to deliver bonds and invoices.
• Input data affecting premiums and commissions and generate invoices.
• Determine delivery method of bonds and coordinate with carriers.
• Maintain logs and system activity in Tinubu and Epic.
