Job summary

Brown & Brown Insurance is seeking a Surety Account Manager in Clayton, MO. The role involves handling day-to-day client service for an assigned book, focusing on preparing, issuing, and invoicing surety bonds.

You will work closely with an AE or Producer who oversees placement and business development, ensuring data integrity in the systems used (Tinubu and Epic). Key duties include responding to bond requests, communicating needs to clients, coordinating bond delivery, and processing premium

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in the insurance industry is required.
• Experience working in surety – issuance and billing of bonds is preferred.
• Must have a reliable source of transportation.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Power Point, etc.) is required; Epic or Tinubu experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to client bond requests and inquiries.
• Coordinate with the Account Executive on service and delivery of bonds.
• Input information affecting premium and commissions; generate invoices.
• Determine delivery method of bonds and invoice the client; manage logistics of dropping off envelopes or packages.
