• Demonstrated critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities; able to follow established workflows.

Responsibilities

• Enter new and renewal business into rating systems.
• Prepare account service documentation and client communications for underwriting and agent relationships.
• Process renewals by verifying policy details and implementing changes.
• Handle endorsements and audit transactions with agents and underwriters.
• Manage non-renewals and cancellations per company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain bond and account files per documentation standards.
