Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience providing customer support or customer service.
Knowledge of underwriting support processes and procedures.
Basic accounting experience and strong math/problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills across levels.
Authorized to work in the United States with no visa sponsorship required.

Responsibilities

Enter new and renewal business into proprietary rating systems.
Prepare account service documents and client communications.
Process renewals, endorsements, and audits with agents and underwriters.
Maintain bond/account files and establish relationships with underwriters and agents.
Prepare and audit monthly reports and IT-related requests.
