Job summary

NFP is seeking a Surety Account Manager to lead the Processor Team and manage client relationships across surety programs. The role oversees bond issuance, renewals, and servicing while driving workflow efficiency and quality assurance.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in surety-related roles, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients, carriers, and internal partners.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred.
• 3+ years in insurance, with surety account management or related client service.
• Previous leadership or team-lead experience preferred.
• Experience issuing, renewing, and servicing surety bonds.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, producers, and internal partners.
• Lead daily operations of the Surety Processing team, including workflow and QA.
• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to processors.
• Oversee bond issuance, renewals, and related transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with carriers and internal teams on service improvements.
