NFP is seeking a Surety Account Manager to lead the Processor Team, manage client relationships, and ensure accurate issuance, renewal, and servicing of surety bonds.

You will oversee workflow, quality control, staff development, and coordination with carriers, producers, and internal partners to deliver exceptional client service. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and 3+ years of insurance experience are expected.

Competenze

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of insurance industry experience, including surety account management or related client service.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience managing bond issuance, renewals, and surety servicing activities preferred.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, surety carriers, producers, and internal partners.
• Lead client meetings and provide consultative support on bond programs, renewals, and service needs.
• Review bond proposals, documentation, renewal information, and carrier source documents for accuracy.
• Oversee day-to-day Surety Processing team operations, including workflow distribution and quality assurance.
• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure performance and professional development.
• Monitor service standards and ensure timely bond issuance, renewals, and reinstatements.
• Manage client records, bond schedules, and supporting documentation in agency systems.
• Review and approve bond requests, renewal processing, and related transactions.
• Coordinate issuance of new and renewal bonds including bid, performance, and maintenance bonds.
• Track bond renewals and ensure documentation and billing are processed on time.
• Address client service issues and billing inquiries with carriers and internal teams.
• Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with procedures and regulatory guidelines.
