Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or related field preferred.
• Experience in human services, workforce development, or case management preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Bilingual (Preferred).
• Strong communication, organization, and case management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with career planning, resume development, job searches, and employment goal setting.
• Provide one-on-one job readiness training focused on confidence building, workplace skills, and interview preparation.
• Work collaboratively with a team to support the organization’s mission.
• Help clients identify and overcome barriers to employment.
• Maintain communication with clients and DHS ECA’s.
• Maintain accurate case notes and client documentation using Salesforce.
• Connect individuals to community resources, training, and educational opportunities.
• Provide ongoing support to help clients succeed and retain employment.
