Job summary

The Sanctuary on Potomac is opening a new 43-unit Permanent Supportive Housing community managed by the Housing Authority of the City of Aurora (AHA).

The Manager of Supportive Services provides program leadership, direct service, and administrative oversight for supportive housing services, supervising two Peer Support Specialists and coordinating with partners to ensure housing stability and trauma-informed care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field; Colorado licensure required.
• Minimum three years of experience in case management, supportive housing, or homeless services.
• At least one year of supervisory or program coordination experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Medicaid billing, documentation, and reimbursement.
• Experience with Permanent Supportive Housing, strengths-based and trauma-informed care.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision to a multidisciplinary team of two Peer Support Specialists.
• Oversee service delivery, documentation, and Medicaid-reimbursable activities.
• Coordinate care, crisis response, and housing stabilization for residents.
• Monitor compliance with HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and Medicaid regulations.
• Lead quality improvement and staff development initiatives.
• Collaborate with partners to ensure coordinated housing services.
