Job summary

Aurora Housing Authority is seeking a Manager of Supportive Services for Sanctuary on Potomac, a 43-unit PSH community serving individuals exiting homelessness and those with complex needs. The role supervises two Peer Support Specialists and delivers Medicaid-reimbursable services within a collaborative, trauma-informed framework.

The position emphasizes housing stability, resident well-being, and community integration, with coordination across partners and ongoing quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field; Colorado licensure required.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience providing case management, supportive housing, behavioral health, homeless services, or related human services.
• Minimum one (1) year of supervisory, team lead, or program coordination experience preferred; strong working knowledge of Medicaid billing regulations and documentation.
• Experience with Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH), strengths-based and trauma-informed care, recovery-oriented practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision and professional development to a multidisciplinary team.
• Conduct supervision, case consultations, and performance evaluations to support service delivery.
• Foster accountability, trauma-informed, resident-centered service delivery and continuous quality improvement.
• Coordinate with partners to support integrated service delivery and housing stability.
• Maintain direct service caseload and provide engagement, care coordination, crisis response, and Medicaid-reimbursable services.
• Provide on-site guidance for complex resident situations and crisis intervention.
• Develop individualized service plans and coordinate access to community resources.
• Monitor documentation, billing practices, and compliance with Medicaid, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and corrective action plans.
