Job summary

Downtown Emergency Service Center (DESC) seeks a Permanent Supportive Housing Project Coordinator to support operations and collaborate with clinical, facilities, and external partners. This role emphasizes working with tenants facing severe mental illness and substance use disorders, assisting with leasing, move-ins, and maintenance coordination.

The position requires strong project coordination, organizational skills, and familiarity with DESC software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or extensive relevant experience with coordination responsibilities.
• Demonstrated project management/coordination skills.
• Demonstrated strong organizational skills.
• Experience with DESC software programs (W2W, Paycor, Bugzilla) and ability to learn new programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager with program operation tasks as assigned.
• Assist Project Manager with leasing and eligibility tasks and lease renewals.
• Collaborate with staff and external vendors to ensure safety and tenant success.
• Maintain schedules for unit inspections and coordinate pest inspections and maintenance.
