Job summary

DESC is a Seattle-based nonprofit focused on housing and behavioral health services. The Program Coordinator supports leadership with administrative and clinical activities, covering day-to-day operations, hiring, and resource procurement.

The role requires data systems skills, compliance with laws and contracts, and collaboration across DESC teams and external partners to ensure high-quality client care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree1 year relevant work experience or equivalent training/experience.
• Associate's degree plus 2 years relevant work experience acceptable.
• PM certification or similar +2 years experience preferred.
• 4+ years relevant work experience in non-profit/health care preferred.
• Ability to pass Washington background checks and drive as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services and assist field staff with communication and expectations.
• Maintain tracking sheets, resource lists, and schedules for daily operations.
• Oversee program evaluation, regulatory changes, and workflow protocols.
• Develop workflows to support program deliverables and audits.
• Maintain supply inventories and partner relationships.
