Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in supportive housing, case management, or a related social services field
• 1+ years of experience supervising staff
• Experience supporting individuals with complex needs, including behavioral health, substance use, or housing instability
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with residents, staff, and community partners
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Lead the resident services team in a supportive housing SRO community.
• Provide direct case management and care coordination as needed.
• Collaborate with property management and healthcare providers.
• Develop and coordinate on-site programs, groups, and activities.
• Supervise Supportive Services Coordinators and onsite staff.
• Ensure services and resident contacts are documented per grant requirements.
• Track program data and support outreach strategies and reporting.
• Monitor program expenses within budget guidelines.

Education
