Job summary

Foundation Communities Inc. is seeking a Supportive Services Program Manager for the Zilker Studios in Austin, TX. This full-time role leads resident services in a supportive housing community to maintain stable housing and well-being.

You will supervise staff, coordinate services with property management and partners, and ensure documentation and reporting meet grant requirements. A compassionate, organized professional with crisis intervention and team leadership experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, public health, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in supportive housing, case management, or related social services.
• 1+ years supervising staff.
• Experience with individuals with complex needs (behavioral health, substance use, housing instability).
• Ability to build relationships with residents, staff and partners.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct case management and care coordination to support housing retention.
• Help residents access healthcare, behavioral health, employment, and benefits.
• Develop and coordinate on-site programs and activities based on resident interests.
