Job summary

Clearbrook is seeking a Supported Living Assistant in Rockford, IL. This part-time role involves working 1:1 with a client in their home and community, Monday–Friday 3:00pm–6:00pm, up to 15 hours weekly.

Supported Living Assistant - Rockford

The Supported Living Assistant provides support and service to clients who have intellectual disabilities living in their natural home environment. This part-time position consists of working 1:1 with an individual in their own home and community. Qualified persons will have own reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and a high school diploma.

Hours: Monday-Friday 3:00pm-6:00pm (Up to 15 hours per week)

Pay: $21.35/hr
