Supported Living Assistant - Crystal Lake

The Supported Living Assistant provides support and service to clients who have intellectual disabilities living in their natural home environment. This part‑time position consists of working 1:1 with an individual in their own home and community.

Qualified persons will have own reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and a high school diploma.

Job Location: Crystal Lake, IL

Position Type: Part Time

Education Level: High School

Salary Range: $21.35 per hour

Hours: 25 hours/week. Days: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. Shift Window: Afternoons and evenings. Potential for occasional Saturday shifts.
