Clearbrook in Park Ridge, IL is seeking a part-time Supported Living Assistant to provide 1:1 support to a client in their home and community.

This part-time position consists of working 1:1 with an individual in their own home and community. Qualified persons will have own reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and a high school diploma.
