Job summary

Clearbrook is seeking a Supported Living Assistant in Plainfield, IL. This part-time role works up to 9 hours per week, typically Monday–Wednesday 4pm–8pm or Saturday 12pm–7pm, serving clients in their own homes and communities.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma (or equivalent), a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, vehicle insurance, and be 18 years or older. Pay is $30.00 per hour.

Supported Living Assistant - Plainfield

The Supported Living Assistant provides support and service to clients who have intellectual disabilities living in their natural home environment. This part-time position consists of working 1:1 with an individual in their own home and community. Qualified persons will have own reliable transportation, valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and a high school diploma.

Hours: Up to 9 hours per week; days vary (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 4pm-8pm or Saturday 12pm-7pm)

Pay: $30.00/hr
