Job summary

Clearbrook is seeking a Supported Living Assistant in Vernon Hills, IL to provide 1:1 support for individuals with intellectual disabilities in their home and community. A high school diploma is required, and applicants must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.

The Supported Living Assistant provides support and service to clients who have intellectual disabilities living in their natural home environment. This part-time position consists of working 1:1 with an individual in their own home and community. Qualified persons will have own reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and a high school diploma.

Hours: Weekdays 2:30pm-5:30pm (Up to 15 hours per week)

Pay: $25.00/hr
