The Rock Creek Foundation in Silver Spring, MD is seeking a Supported Employment Contract Manager to empower individuals with disabilities through vocational evaluation, training, and ongoing support. You will oversee the contract lifecycle, ensure compliance with service standards, and supervise staff delivering employment services.

You will coordinate with clients, partner agencies, and supervisors to achieve high-quality outcomes while upholding ethical and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle.
• Proof of car insurance required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; 2+ years' experience with adults with disabilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; multi-task.
• Strong customer service orientation and professional conduct.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and individuals served.

Responsibilities

• Interview and evaluate disabled applicants to determine eligibility for services.
• Determine suitable job matches aligned with applicant desires and abilities.
• Plan and arrange training for job readiness.
• Maintain liaison with clients, staff, and partner agencies.
• Ensure contract scope and quality of work meet standards.
• Provide training to contract employees as needed.
• Oversee contract compliance and daily operations.
