Dimensions Group is seeking a Waking Night Support Worker to help create a safe, calm, and comforting night environment for residents. You will perform safety checks, maintain hygiene, and log health and safety information to support high-quality care.

(base rate of £13.70 with a 10% enhancement for nights, this will be paid a month in arrears)

Every night, you'll help create a safe, calm, and comforting environment for the people we support.

Your role will include:

• Carrying out regular “keeping safe checks” to ensure everyone feels secure and comfortable.
• Maintaining a clean, hygienic space so that the environment is welcoming and safe.
• Recording important information using our easy-to-use IT systems - from support plans to health and safety logs - so we can provide the best care possible.
• Creating a therapeutic, reassuring atmosphere that promotes wellbeing throughout the night.
• Supporting people to enjoy their late evenings or nights in ways that matter to them.
• Providing personal care when needed, always with dignity and respect.
