Looking for a role where personality matters just as much as experience? Join us at our Worcester Open Day to discover a career where laughter, relationships and making a difference are all part of the job.
About the role
Support Workers to join a fun, energetic and dedicated team in Worcester (WR5), supporting four men aged between their 20s and 40s.
The people we support are people with learning disabilities, autistic people, and people with cerebral palsy. One person also has epilepsy, which is well managed with medication.
All four gentlemen are wheelchair users and require personalised support with daily living, communication, mobility and health needs. Two people require hoisting support and everyone has eating and drinking guidelines that colleagues follow to ensure they are supported safely.
What really makes this home special, though, is the personalities of the people who live there.
They are sociable, funny, outgoing and know exactly what they like. They enjoy spending time with people who genuinely want to get to know them, share a laugh and support them to live life on their terms.
