Job summary

Dimensions is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist a gentleman in Weymouth with learning disabilities and autism. You’ll help him live the life he chooses, encouraging independence and supporting activities that matter to him.

You’ll be involved in finances, meals, personal care, and community outings, while building trusting relationships and ensuring his needs and aspirations shape the support provided by the Dimensions team.

Responsibilities

Supporting with everyday tasks, including managing finances and meal planning.
Assisting with personal care where required.

Encouraging choice, confidence, and community involvement.
Collaborating with family and Dimensions team to provide person-centred support.
