You will support his daily routines, accompany him on activities he enjoys, and help maintain family relationships. A compassionate, patient approach is essential, with a focus on safety and dignity.

Qualifications

• Must be compassionate, reliable and genuinely motivated to make a positive difference.
• Strong communication skills with people and their families; patient, empathetic and calm under pressure.
• Willingness to learn and support people to live independently and pursue interests.

Responsibilities

• Support a man in his 30s with autism and complex needs, promoting independence and dignity.
• Provide prompting and encouragement to routines, not doing for him, to build trust.
• Support activities he enjoys (swimming, walking, Disney interests) and help maintain family connections.
