Job summary

Dimensions is hiring Support Workers to cover Dorchester and Weymouth. You will support people with learning disabilities and autism to lead independent lives, often going to different homes each week while staying in one location.

The role offers guaranteed hours, training from day one, and a clear path for career development. This floating role requires a full UK driving licence, access to a vehicle, and the ability to travel within one hour of your home.

Support Worker - Dorchester and Weymouth

Pay rate: £14.45 per hour

Contract: Full-time & Par-Time roles available, Guaranteed Hours (Part-Time contracts are minimum of 22.5 hours, 7.5-12+ hour shifts in one location)
