National Care Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join the Integra Riversdale team in Llandaff. Riversdale is a residential care home supporting adults with a mental health diagnosis, offering daily living support and rehab in a safe, nurturing environment.
You will help with personal care, cooking, cleaning and planning days out, building positive relationships, listening to residents, and supporting their move toward independence.
Support Worker37.5 hours per weekSalary: £13.47 per hour / £26,266.50 per annum based on 37.5 hoursService: Integra - LlandaffWe are currently recruiting for a Support Worker to join our team atIntegra RiversdaleRiversdale is a residential care home for 10 individuals with a mental health diagnosis, we have two houses Riversdale House and the Coach House, which are separated by gardens.The Coach House provides support for those who are almost ready for move on into their own properties,this comprises of 4 bedrooms, 3 communal bathroom/shower rooms, a large communal lounge, dining room and kitchen.Riversdale House has 5 ensuite bedrooms and 1 self-contained flat; it is a care home that provides rehabilitation support for male adults wanting to live independently within the community.
