National Care Group is recruiting a Bank Support Worker for Atlantic Way Care & Support in Tiverton. The role involves assisting young adults with complex needs, planning daily activities, and supporting independence within a caring, inclusive team.

You will help with personal care, meals and medications, and participate in days out chosen by the individuals. Training and career development opportunities are provided.
