We are currently recruiting for a Support Worker – Waking Nights to join our team at Affinity Supporting People South Limited – Morecambe.

You will work with young adults who have complex needs. We seek a respectful and caring individual passionate about supporting young adults to fulfill their potential. This role can be challenging but also highly rewarding.

  • Build positive relationships by listening, discussing, and planning goals together.
  • Assist with daily tasks and practical activities such as cooking, cleaning, and errands.
  • Support with personal care, including eating and medication administration.
  • Participate in planning and enjoying days out.
  • Support independence and make a positive impact on lives.
