Job summary

Hightown is seeking a Support Worker for Mably House in Hatfield to assist 35 residents in a homeless supported living service. The role offers part-time hours (17.5 per week) with a shift from 9am to 2pm and an annual salary of £12,531 (+ pro-rata).

You will provide person-centred support, help residents develop life skills and promote independence toward moving on within 24 months. Applicants should have care or support experience, be compassionate and reliable, and able to work independently

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is required

  • Maintain accurate, confidential records with accountability

Location: Hatfield

Salary: £12,531 per annum / £13.77 per hour

Hours: Part-time (17.5 hours per week)

Join our homeless supported living service supporting 35 residents in self-contained flats, empowering them to build independence and move on within 24 months.

The role

Shifts: 9am-2pm

About you
  • Experience in care or support
