Job summary

TFI Family Services is seeking a Support Worker to work alongside Case Managers, helping children and families build healthy relationships and strong foundations. This hybrid role offers an average hourly rate of $16.63, with pay components including incentives, bonuses, overtime, and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or associate degree in Human Services.
• 2 years of previous work experience with children and families.
• Willingness to learn and complete training provided.
