2INgage in Kansas is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for a full-time, hybrid-role serving children and families in El Dorado. The position supports case managers to build healthy relationships and life skills, with an average hourly rate of $16.63 including incentives and overtime.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent (or an Associate degree in Human Services) and 2 years of relevant experience, plus a willingness to learn.
