Job summary

TFI Family Services in Arkansas is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team. You will work alongside Case Managers to support children and families, helping them build healthy relationships and strong foundations.

You’ll teach life skills, connect families to resources, and advocate for kids. A high school diploma or GED plus 2 years of experience with families is required; we’ll train you in our approach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or Associate degree in Human Services.
• 2 years of work experience with children and families.
• Willingness to learn and be trained in our processes.
