Job summary

TFI Family Services is seeking a Support Worker to join our team in Alabama. You’ll collaborate with Case Managers to assist children and families, teaching life skills and connecting families to resources.

The role emphasizes growth, positive relationships, and advocacy in a hybrid work setting. You’ll support families by building healthy foundations, handling emotions, healthy communication, and conflict resolution while staying flexible and eager to learn.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or an Associate degree in Human Services.
• 2 years previous work experience with children and families.
• Willingness to learn and be trained.
