Highlea Care Limited, part of National Care Group, is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Bishop Aukland to help adults live more independent lives. Salary: £12.71 per hour, 40 hours per week.

You will provide personal care, assist with meals, medication, and daily tasks, plan activities and encourage community participation, while building trusting relationships.

Training is provided, with clear career development paths and a supportive, inclusive workplace that values compassion and teamwork.
