Job summary

GTN Solutions GmbH is seeking an IT support technician to manage hardware and software deployment across desktops, printers, and mobile devices. You will handle imaging, asset tracking, and timely ticket resolution in ServiceNow while contributing to OS deployment plans and patch releases.

Ideal candidates are adaptable, self-starters who can work with various management styles and coordinate shipping/receiving of devices to end users across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues across devices and networks.
• Experience imaging desktops, laptops, and mobile devices for deployment.
• Familiarity with OS patching, deployment planning, and vendor software releases.

Responsibilities

• Manage installation and maintenance of hardware and software including workstations, printers, mobile devices, and infrastructure devices.
• Test, plan and supervise deployment of operating system releases, patches, and software releases.
• Perform troubleshooting, parts replacement, system upgrades, and basic deployments & repair on assets.
• Image devices including desktops, laptops, and other devices as needed.
• Handle IT shipping/receiving and dispatch of devices to users.
• Track hardware inventory and resolve issues for users.
• Handle tickets in ServiceNow in a timely manner.
• Assist in resolving technical escalations during service delivery.
• Be highly adaptable and a self-starter.
• Work well with different management styles.

• Performs trouble shooting, parts replacement, system upgrades, and basic deployments & repair on assets.
• Imaging devices, including desktops, laptops, and other devices as needed.
• Handle IT shipping/receiving and dispatch of devices to users.
