We are seeking a systems engineer to deploy, configure, and support multiple CareDx software platforms, including transplant and patient management solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in MIS, CS, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in system engineering, implementation, and automation.
• Proficiency in SQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle, and Windows AD.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and support multiple CareDx software platforms, including transplant and patient management solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, databases, and HL7 interfaces.
• Ensure system reliability, performance, and seamless customer experience within defined budgets and timelines.
