Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a Support Supervisor for our store to enhance the customer experience and lead a high-energy team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will support both front- and back-of-house operations, ensuring smooth product flow and exceptional service.

Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years of experience in a high-volume retail setting, flexible availability, and the physical ability to lift and stand for long periods. An employee discount and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in daily store operations and deliver a transformational customer experience.
• Support front of the house and back of the house operations as needed.
• Organize stock room and assist with floor replenishment to ensure smooth product flow.
