Tory Burch is seeking a flexible retail team member to support front-of-house and back-of-house operations in a fast-paced store environment. You’ll greet customers, manage stock, and help execute policies to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• One-to-two years of experience in a high volume, customer-drive retail environment.
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and support front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Pack/unpack shipments and organize the stock room to ensure smooth product flow.
• Collaborate with team to deliver retail excellence and memorable customer experiences.
