Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a Support Supervisor for our fast-paced retail environment. The role covers greeter, runner, cashier and stock support to ensure a seamless customer journey and store operations. You will collaborate with leaders to maintain Tory standards and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Support Supervisor duties: lead by example, manage conflicts, and help the team deliver a transformational customer experience.
• Handle front and back of house operations, including greeter, runner, cashier, phones, and stock organization.
• Collaborate with Retail Leaders to maintain store standards and guest service excellence.
