Job summary

Tory Burch in United States (Colorado) is seeking a Support Supervisor to assist front and back of house operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will lead by example, handle daily tasks like greeting customers, operating registers, answering phones, and supporting stock flow to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in high-volume retail, flexible availability including overnights and weekends, and the physical stamina to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule that includes overnights, evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs, carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, climb ladders and stand for extended periods.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Act as greeter, runner, cashier, and handle phone inquiries.
• Understand and execute store operating policies and procedures.
• Pack/unpack shipments and organize the stock room to support product flow.
• Lead by example as the Support Supervisor, manage conflict and support team to deliver transformational customer experience.
