Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a Support Supervisor for our retail team in the United States. The role supports front of house and back of house operations, greets customers, and ensures smooth product flow through packing, stock organization, and policy execution. A positive, collaborative attitude is essential.

Qualified candidates have 2–4 years in high-volume retail, flexible availability including nights and weekends, and the ability to lift 40 lbs. 18+ required.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift (at least 40 lbs), carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• You may act as greeter, runner, cashier, or support staff across front of house and back of house operations.
• Answer phones and execute operational policies and procedures.
• Pack/unpack shipments and organize stock room to support product flow and stores operations.
• Lead by example as the Support Supervisor and help the team deliver a transformational customer experience.
