Tory Burch in Leesburg, VA is seeking a Support Supervisor for our high-volume retail team. You’ll greet customers, assist with front and back of house operations, and drive a transformational customer experience. Qualifications

2 to 4 years experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment, stock-related experience a plus.
Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.
Ability to lift (at least 40 lbs), carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods of time.
Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

Lead by example, managing conflict and identify opportunities to support the team in delivering a transformational customer experience.
Pack/unpack shipments and organize the stock room to support product flow and smooth running of the store.
Greet customers, answer phones, act as greeter/runner/cashier and support front and back-of-house operations.
Support overall store operations to ensure consistent, high-quality customer service.
