Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a Support Supervisor for our Alberta store to drive exceptional customer service and store operations. You will lead a team in a fast-paced environment, handle front and back-of-house tasks, and ensure smooth product flow while maintaining brand standards.

Qualified candidates have 2–4 years in high-volume retail, flexibility for overnights and weekends, and the ability to lift 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Must have open availability for a flexible schedule including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and support the team in delivering a transformational customer experience.
• Manage front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth store flow.
• Organize stock room and assist with packing/unpacking shipments and product movement.
