• Provide quality internal customer service to peers by maintaining relationships, managing expectations and using professional communication that is friendly, timely and clear.
• Cross-trained on all outsourced tasks and manages routing of incoming mail and email from clients and carriers.
• Maintains client files with excellent documentation and organization of data.
• Assists CL Operations, Marketing, Risk Management, Service and Personal Lines teams on various tasks and special projects.
• Executes basic client servicing requests.
• Supports Robotic Process Automation by running BOTs and resolving or escalating exceptions within expected turnaround times.

Insurance Support Specialist

This is a wonderful role to start on a career path in Commercial Insurance! The Support Specialist is responsible for duties including: retrieving, analyzing, and processing documents and data for the Commercial and Personal Lines departments. This position requires working daily with insurance carriers, vendors and internal staff.
