Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive services through on-site and off-site programs, including case management, psychoeducation, crisis intervention, advocacy and community liaison.
• Complete documentation timely and accurately (shift logs, incident reports, service notes).
• Monitor and educate on medications to support self-dosing as needed.
• Teach ADLs and community skills in individual and group settings.
