Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; no experience needed.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and speech.
• Knowledge of DSM and mental health symptoms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support staff assists on-site and off-site programs, including case management and crisis intervention.
• Complete documentation such as shift logs, incident reports, and service notes.
• Provide medication monitoring and education to support self-dosing of medication.
• Teach community skills (ADLs) in individual and group settings.
• Coordinate with Rehabilitation Counselors and staff; ensure safety rules and policies are followed.
