Job summary

Key Point Health Services in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Support Staff member to provide case management, psychoeducation, crisis intervention, and community liaison services within on-site and off-site programs.

You will complete timely documentation, assist with transportation and ADLs, and collaborate with the treatment team to support clients while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to agency policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma - no experience required.
• Valid/Active MD Driver's License (obtained for more than 3 years)

Responsibilities

• Support Staff is responsible for the comprehensive services offered through on-site and off-site programs. This includes case management, psycho education, crisis intervention, advocacy, and community liaison.
• Timely and accurate completion of all documentation such as shift logs, incident reports, and service notes.
• Medication monitoring and education to support self-dosing of medication.
• Teaching community skills including ADLs as needed in both individual and group settings.
• A Rehab Counselor will assist in the transportation of clients between residences, office, and community locations as needed.
