Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of related customer/member service experience in a financial institution, or equivalent experience.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Review account and loan activity for accuracy and completeness.
• Investigate and resolve electronic transaction disputes.
• Review and reconcile shared branch transactions.
• Process returned mail and member notices.
• Maintain forms and supplies for the Operations Division.
• Support staff with credit union policies, procedures, products, and services.
• Promote credit union products and services when appropriate.
• Assist with other operational needs as assigned.
