Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group (MWG) is seeking a customer-focused professional to coordinate customer transportation during repairs and to support shop operations in Northern California, Nevada, Utah, and surrounding areas.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years in retail or service, and a valid driver's license. You will handle repair orders, invoicing, and basic administrative duties while collaborating with a team and occasionally traveling to other locations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Two years' experience in retail, sales or service required.
• Valid driver license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and/or administer transportation of customers during the repair of their vehicles via rideshare, rental or company vehicle.
• Receives parts and processes returns; performs basic clerical tasks to support record keeping and secure storage of documents.
• Create, modify and finalize repair orders in the shop management system to act as a backup when Services Advisors are not available.
• Answer phones when necessary.
• Assist with invoicing and processing payments when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
• Note: May travel to different locations as needed.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills in the language(s) required for the role, as justified for business necessity
• Effective organization, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work scheduled hours as necessitated by business need
• Math and computer skills with experience using software applications including word processing, spreadsheets, browsers, and email
• Member service focus

Education & Experience/ Licenses & Certifications

• High School diploma or equivalent certification (GED)
• Two years' experience in retail/sales/service industry required
• Valid driver license and acceptable driving record

Work Environment/Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and or carry up to 40lbs
• Sitting, standing, bending, kneeling, pushing, reaching, lifting - #LI-JM1
