Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group is seeking a proactive team member to coordinate passenger transport during vehicle repairs and to handle essential clerical duties. You will support record keeping, process returns, and assist in creating repair orders when needed.

The role requires a High School diploma (GED) and at least two years in retail or service. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are essential. Expect a fast-paced environment with occasional travel across locations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Two years’ experience in retail/sales/service industry required.
• Valid driver license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and/or administer transportation of customers during vehicle repairs via rideshare, rental or company vehicle.
• Perform clerical or administrative duties to support accurate record keeping and secure storage of documents; receive parts and process returns.
• Create, modify and finalize repair orders in the shop management system to act as a backup when Services Advisors are not available.
• Answer phones when necessary.
• Assist with invoicing and processing payments when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
• Note: May require travel to different locations on an as needed basis.

Education & Experience/ Licenses & Certifications
