Job summary

AMW Group is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to help our clients use our software daily and ensure reported issues get fixed. This remote role with on-location work as needed offers an opportunity to work with a diverse client base and collaborate with engineering to improve product support.

You will answer questions by email, chat, and phone, reproduce problems, write clear reports for engineering, assist new clients with setup, and keep help articles current as products evolve.
